Refund & Return Policy

At Obsidian Cult Records, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each piece is custom-produced when you place your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing errors, or change of mind.

What we cover — Defective or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from what was shown at checkout, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your contact email] with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion. You do not need to return the item.

What we don't cover

• Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer
• Minor color variations due to screen calibration differences
• Slight placement variations (up to ±0.5 inch) within industry-standard tolerances
• Orders where delivery was confirmed but marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement before production begins. After that window, production has typically started and we cannot cancel.
