I understand my approved event team is limited to 3 people total unless Obsidian provides additional approval.

I understand that I am responsible for operating under all state, county, city and professional requirements applicable to my business, including licenses, permits, health standards, insurance and taxes where applicable.

I understand that participating partners are expected to help promote their city and work toward the applicable ticket goal using their assigned promo code.

I understand that unless stated otherwise, Obsidian and the venue will not take a percentage of my small-business sales, and I keep 100% of my event profits assuming applicable participation and ticket goals are met.

I understand the event uses an admission wristband system and I will not knowingly conduct event transactions around the event admission process.

I understand Obsidian may photograph and film the event, including participating businesses, creators, crowd interactions and performances.

I understand that non-public venue, production, artist, contract, schedule and internal Obsidian information must remain confidential until publicly released.
